Requirements:

  • 12+ years of systems engineering experience
  • Expertise in traceability and engineering process documentation
  • Knowledge of product configuration and data management
  • Understanding of Digital Thread concept and its role in digital engineering
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing digital threads
  • Familiarity with data integration software such as SBE Vision or Syndeia
  • Background in Model-Based Systems Engineering
  • Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management
  • Experience in aerospace or defense product development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data analysis abilities
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering
