Job Title: Director of Revenue Management

Join New York City Growth - Highgate Hotels as a Director of Revenue Management and take on the challenge of maximizing revenue opportunities for our hotels. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor rates, and demand generators to inform revenue decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing departments, and ownership groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on revenue performance and market trends
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
