About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Client Executive. As a key member of our Non-For-Profit sector team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide timely and effective resolution to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions and services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in business, insurance, or a related field.
