About the Role

Management Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join its team. This individual will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to potential customers and promoting products and services across the Northeast region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance: Achieve defined financial goals, emphasizing volume growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
  • Customer Management: Manage existing customer relationships and expand territory through acquiring new customers, analyzing their organizations, and promoting strategic products.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources for cross-business efforts, identifying solutions, and driving profitable business volume for customers through onsite visits.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accomplish paperwork and administrative tasks, staying updated on industry trends, and maintaining professional knowledge.
  • Support and Assistance: Provide assistance and support to the Regional Sales Manager, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective sales operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Sales, Marketing, etc.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing (annual sales > $40 million) with previous sales training and experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Travel and Availability: Willingness to travel (5-6 nights per month) and entertain customers during and after normal work hours.
  • Skills: Proficient in computer usage, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
