Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker Executive to join our team at Aon. As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for handling a range of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Handling high volumes of online and offline enquiries via phone and email
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex queries
- Working towards achieving both individual and team KPIs and driving revenue, acquisition, and retention targets
- Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities
- Partnering with stakeholders and colleagues to exceed client expectations
- Assisting with mentoring and training team members
- Assisting with coordinating and facilitating product training for team and internal stakeholders
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or a financial services organization
- Sound understanding of commercial insurance across multiple lines, ideally in professional indemnity, cyber, and business insurance policies
- Tier 1 compliance qualified
- Residential strata insurance experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to learn and grow
