About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker Executive to join our team at Aon. As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for handling a range of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling high volumes of online and offline enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex queries
  • Working towards achieving both individual and team KPIs and driving revenue, acquisition, and retention targets
  • Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities
  • Partnering with stakeholders and colleagues to exceed client expectations
  • Assisting with mentoring and training team members
  • Assisting with coordinating and facilitating product training for team and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or a financial services organization
  • Sound understanding of commercial insurance across multiple lines, ideally in professional indemnity, cyber, and business insurance policies
  • Tier 1 compliance qualified
  • Residential strata insurance experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to learn and grow
