A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in security operations, incident management, or a related discipline.
Comprehensive knowledge of SOC technologies, including vulnerability assessment, EDR, and SIEM systems.
Proven ability to operate independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Familiarity with JIRA for developing an agile product development process is advantageous.
Experience in project management and business analysis is preferred.
Must possess knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and have an understanding of regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate effective relationships with developers, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and delegation capabilities.
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

Job Description:

We deliver enterprise-level IT solutions encompassing network management and security, computer operations, application hosting, desktop provisioning, and modern digital services to a vast array of internal stakeholders and the community.
The Security Operations Center (SOC) is in search of an Implementation Manager with a proven track record in successfully designing, deploying, and operationalizing vulnerability management, monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
In addition to the implementation and execution of new security controls, the Implementation Manager will assist in developing metrics to monitor governance and compliance efforts concerning security policies and standards.
The primary work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with a hybrid model that combines in-office and remote work as necessary, typically 40% on-site and 60% remote.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and cooperation.
Creating a strategic roadmap with timelines and action plans for the rollout of new security capabilities.
Setting clear expectations with accountable stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.
Generating comprehensive and precise reports, providing project status updates, and presenting findings to senior leadership regularly.
Exhibiting strong leadership and effective communication across cross-functional teams.Building and nurturing relationships with key teams within the organization.
Developing metrics and reporting on those metrics to enhance the organization's understanding of its security posture improvement efforts.
