About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Team Sales team at T-Mobile. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new business customers, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and prospecting through field-based activities, cold calling, and networking
  • Develop and implement creative sales approaches, solutions, and proposals to set you apart in the industry
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies, and participate in training opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements
  • 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Dynamic task management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in proposal writing and CRM software
  • Forecasting and funnel management skills
