Account Executive, SMB Team Sales Professional

As an Account Executive, SMB Team Sales, you will be responsible for leading the charge on acquiring new accounts and building lasting client relationships in the Small Business Team. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement creative sales approaches to showcase the value of T-Mobile's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies to drive sales growth
- 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
- Dynamic task management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Negotiation expertise and ability to close deals
- Experience in proposal writing and CRM software
- Forecasting and funnel management skills
