Job Title: Associate Account Executive

Ethicon US LLC, a part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join our team in Hartford, CT territory, including Worcester, MA & Providence, RI.

About the Role:

As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and converting competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expand sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction.
  2. Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities.
  3. Train to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.
  4. Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical, and customer-centric manner.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.
  2. Manage customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
  3. Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training courses.
  4. Assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room.
  5. Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. 0 - 2 years business experience.
  3. Ability to travel as necessary and/or relocate to an assigned geography as needed.
  4. Valid Driver's License issued in the United States.
