Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a significant volume of incoming and outgoing communications efficiently.
Process client requests; ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assess customer requirements, clarify issues, and conduct thorough research to provide effective solutions.
Suggest additional products and services based on customer needs.
Guarantee that customers feel appreciated and supported throughout their interactions.

Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or data entry position is essential.
Exceptional customer service abilities; approachable, polite, and supportive.
Must demonstrate reliability and be a strong collaborator.
Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is necessary.
Accurate and swift data entry skills, including 10-key and calculator proficiency.
Professional telephone etiquette is required.
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Bi-lingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers may be necessary.
Ability to remain in a stationary position, either standing or sitting, for extended periods.
