Position Summary:

The role of the Customer Engagement Specialist is pivotal in ensuring that our vehicle sales clients receive a warm welcome at Tom Gill Chevrolet. This position entails greeting customers, facilitating their check-in process, and connecting them with the appropriate sales personnel. Additionally, the specialist will manage walk-in customers by implementing a systematic rotation to ensure prompt service.
