Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with lease language and site-specific equipment inventory.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure that all site operations are in compliance with regulatory agencies, including the Board of Pharmacy, and maintain accurate records of compliance.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of on-site Facility Management Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their duties.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with Global Workplace and Site Leadership teams to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Critical Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the preventative and corrective maintenance of critical equipment, ensuring that all maintenance is completed in accordance with established GWP protocols.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations as required, ensuring the safety and security of the site and its occupants.
  • Vendor Management: Manage contracted services and maintain professional vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and compliance with vendor agreements.
  • Site Expenses and Capital Budgets: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage site expenses and capital budgets, ensuring alignment with equipment life cycles, repair history, and strategic planning.
  • Corporate Change Control: Participate in weekly Corporate Change Control meetings to discuss work to be conducted and mitigate risk.
  • Facility Compliance: Work with the operations team to ensure facility compliance with regulatory and Cigna requirements, including safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Audit Preparedness: Assist in preparing the site for audits and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a minimum of six years of related progressive experience and/or training.
  • Technical Skills: HVAC and refrigeration knowledge, driver's license, universal CFC certification, and ability to comprehend and analyze documents and mechanical drawings.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
