  • Assess customer requirements, investigate concerns, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accountability for calls throughout the entire process, including necessary follow-ups with the escalation team.

Essential Duties:

  • Acquire and retain knowledge of service offerings and fees to reference during interactions.
  • Foster positive relationships by exceeding expectations in customer service, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are addressed properly.
  • Retain information effectively to enhance call handling speed and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer support or call center environment.
  • Exceptional active listening and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to multitask and manage time proficiently.
