The successful applicant will be a fast learner, capable of retaining scripts and adjusting them as necessary when challenges arise during interactions.

This role involves managing various essential support tasks, including providing fees, instructions, and assistance for resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
- Adhere to communication guidelines while utilizing knowledge of the company’s offerings to adapt as needed.
- Assess customer requirements, investigate issues, resolve complaints, and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain accountability for communications throughout the entire process, including follow-ups with the escalation team.

Additional Duties:
- Retain knowledge of client services and fees to reference during interactions.
- Foster positive relationships by exceeding expectations in customer service, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are addressed appropriately.
- Retain learned information to enhance the speed and effectiveness of handling communications.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
