Senior Regional Technology Support Analyst

Job Overview:

The selected candidate will oversee technology initiatives within the Investor Center and Remote Office environments. This includes managing technology implementations, new office launches, and renovations or relocations of Investor Centers. A successful applicant will have a background in project management, with a focus on planning, milestone setting, scheduling, and reporting on project progress. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential, particularly in collaborating with virtual teams across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize project timelines and responsibilities for multiple initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Oversee Remote Office programs and projects, from developing and updating project plans to providing consistent updates to leadership.
  • Foster and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders in both technology and business sectors.
  • Work alongside partners and vendors to establish project timelines, address challenges, and mitigate risks.
  • Generate and distribute progress reports while clearly communicating project goals to the team.
  • Offer guidance and training to fellow project team members and showcase innovative software and hardware solutions.
  • Diagnose and manage issues related to desktop and laptop computers, tablets, phones, and peripherals.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology projects, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Outlook, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • A flexible mindset, adept problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Active Directory environments, software update installations, TCP/IP communication protocols, and more.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for specific projects.
