Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Java Process Automation Engineer to join our team. This role involves a hands-on approach to designing and developing advanced Business Process Models aimed at automating and modernizing operational workflows. You will collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to build solutions utilizing our Workflow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business partners to understand workflow requirements and translate them into automated business processes.
  • Facilitate process design sessions, analyze current business processes, and document both current and future states.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that represent user tasks within workflows, including connectors and APIs to support BPM models.
  • Deliver optimized operational environments for key functions within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of programming experience in Java or Groovy, with hands-on skills in building web services, RESTful APIs, and Spring.
  • Strong understanding of Software Engineering principles and Object-Oriented Design.
  • 3-5 years of experience in JavaScript and developing user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with BPM solutions, particularly with leading BPM products.
  • Experience in business process improvement or re-engineering projects, collaborating closely with business and operations teams.
  • Ability to work with Business Analysts and Design leads to implement effective automation solutions.
  • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in financial services within an operations or technology role is advantageous.
