Key Responsibilities
  • Document Business Requirements: Collaborate with business teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Execute Test Plans: Work with key stakeholders to execute test plans and cases, ensuring that system tests are successfully completed.
  • Contribute to Projects: Contribute to projects from gathering initial requirements through implementation, facilitating communication between technology teams and business users for delivery of effective solutions.
  • Work with Product Owners: Work closely with Product Owners to determine project estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze Processes: Assist in performing analysis of current processes and recommending improvements.
  • Review Feedback: Review business user feedback and backlogs to continuously improve solutions.
  • Support Production Issues: Work closely with technology teams to assist in the analysis and resolution of production support issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Project Management Experience: Previous project management, business analysis, or technology environment experience is preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
