About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by analyzing complex business problems and developing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business requirements gathering sessions and document detailed epics, user stories, test scenarios, and user acceptance test cases.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, client service, business development, risk, compliance, legal, and technology areas.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data marts to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data governance, and business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with data governance, data observability, and data cataloging tools.
  • Experience with relational databases, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
