Job Overview:

The Position

This role is part of the Center of Enterprise Technology Analytics team, which provides support to the Enterprise Technology (ET) business units. The Senior Financial Analyst is tasked with delivering outstanding financial support and guidance on managing expenses. Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting expenditure, leading the forecasting and budgeting process, and conducting financial reviews for our Decision Support and technology business partners. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Decision Support team, potentially leading to future opportunities within that area based on their ability to integrate and enhance their domain knowledge.

Qualifications You Possess

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, complemented by over 5 years of relevant experience. An MBA is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to lead and contribute effectively within teams is required.

  • Influencing senior business leaders on critical decisions through clear and concise evaluations, analyses, and financial models.
  • Developing financial analyses and reports on business unit expenses, including periodic reporting, month-end close processing, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and related commentary.
  • Supporting ongoing and ad-hoc analyses and formulating recommendations, including scenario analyses.
  • Assessing and enhancing IT financial management processes to align with evolving business needs and efficiency objectives.
  • Mentoring and developing junior analysts.
