Job Overview:

The Position

This role is part of the Center of Enterprise Technology Analytics team, providing essential financial support to various Enterprise Technology (ET) business units. The Senior Financial Analyst position involves delivering high-quality financial guidance and insights on expense oversight. Responsibilities include evaluating and interpreting expenditures, spearheading the forecasting and budgeting processes, and conducting financial reviews for our Decision Support and technology partners. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Decision Support team, enhancing their domain expertise and potentially transitioning into a Decision Support role.

Qualifications You Possess

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, complemented by over 5 years of relevant experience; an MBA is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to lead and collaborate within teams is crucial.

Value You Contribute

  • Advising senior business leaders on critical decisions through clear evaluations, analyses, and financial modeling.
  • Creating financial analyses and reports on business unit expenditures, including regular reporting, month-end close processes, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and associated business commentary.
  • Conducting ongoing and ad-hoc analyses, developing recommendations, and performing scenario evaluations.
  • Assessing and enhancing IT financial management processes to align with evolving business requirements and efficiency objectives.
  • Mentoring and developing junior analysts.
