The individual in this role will oversee technology initiatives within the Investor Center and Remote Office environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, including planning, scheduling, and status reporting, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities. Experience in collaborating with virtual teams across various time zones is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines and task assignments for multiple initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Manage programs and projects related to Remote Offices, including the development and maintenance of project plans and regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain constructive relationships with project sponsors in both technology and business sectors.
- Work closely with partners and vendors to establish project timelines, address challenges, and mitigate risks.
- Generate and disseminate status reports while clearly communicating project goals to team members.
- Provide mentorship and training to project team members and showcase innovative technology solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktop and laptop computers, tablets, phones, and associated peripherals.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology projects, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Outlook, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- A flexible mindset, adept problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively.
- Familiarity with enterprise Active Directory environments, software update installations, TCP/IP communications, and related technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for specific projects.
