Role Summary: This role offers the chance to oversee significant projects that will yield substantial returns for the organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals, collaborating with stakeholders including senior executives and field operations.
- Manage requests for changes to the original project plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor team dynamics and adapt methodologies as necessary.
- Spot opportunities for enhancement and propose actionable recommendations.
- Provide training to company staff and healthcare personnel.
- Demonstrate confidence and a deep understanding of best practices in resolving business challenges.
- Engage effectively with employees at all levels and various customer types.
- Collaborate as a team member, consulting with others for optimal solutions and sharing expertise.
Qualifications:
- Conduct quality assurance assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with the Medical Equipment Management Program and ISO13485 standards.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for New Business Implementation, overseeing inventory teams, software management, data alignment, and CMMS.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to ensure the successful operation of the company.
