Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to support the growth of our Greenworks brand. This role will be integral in the monthly financial reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales deductions and monitor outstanding deductions.
- Oversee cash applications within SAP Salesforce.
- Execute month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and disseminate monthly financial reports to senior management and cost/profit center managers.
- Compile annual financial data for external auditors.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze profit and cost efficiencies across various organizational sectors as required.
- Develop, maintain, and provide ad-hoc reports and financial models as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and calculate company KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Financial Planning
- Account Reconciliation
- Variance and Cost Analysis
- Month-End Closing
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with GAAP policies and procedures is essential.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including SAP, MS Office Suite, and Adobe software.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- CPA or MBA is preferred.
