Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and other industry professionals to promote Techo-Bloc products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or hardscape industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationships, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for training and meetings.
- Home office-based with daily face-to-face meetings in the Northern California South Bay area.
