Position Overview:
As an Audit Supervisor in the Enterprise Credit Risk and Retail Credit division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our auditing processes at Bank of America. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the auditing of the Commercial Credit Risk function, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Manage audit projects effectively, ensuring clear communication with both business and audit management.
- Develop and implement audit strategies, including defining scope, programs, and testing procedures.
- Utilize critical thinking to influence business management and enhance risk management controls.
- Conduct thorough analyses during audit activities, leveraging strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality audit reports and share findings with leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, engaging primarily with line management.
- Support the development of peers through on-the-job training during audit execution.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in audit planning and internal review processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Credit, Risk, or Auditing.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to influence management and lead strategic initiatives.
- Experience with the Commercial Credit Life Cycle is preferred.
