Sales Manager Role Summary
At Southern Home Services, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering superb, enthusiastic, and engaging hands-on training experiences to drive our sales teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Training Initiatives: Develop and implement training programs to ensure our sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership teams to determine sales training priorities and develop effective training plans.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and ensure our sales teams are meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Training Delivery: Design and deliver hands-on, face-to-face training sessions to our sales teams, including train-the-trainer activities.
- Follow-up Activities: Develop and implement follow-up activities to strengthen and sustain knowledge gained and skills developed from training programs.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales teams to develop sales strategies and build a collaborative partnership with the sales and service teams.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the local market and suggest new products, services, and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction, market share, and engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience conducting sales training, leading a sales team, or successful sales leadership.
- Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with direct reports and across the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
