As a Territory Sales Manager at EquipmentShare, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support received from EquipmentShare
  • Conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers, and promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience

Requirements include:

  • Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
