We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Sales Manager to join our award-winning team at Hyatt Regency Orlando. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, and generating business. You will also prepare and present effective proposals, maintain well-organized documentation and reports, and utilize Hyatt systems to coordinate customer service requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of full-service hotel sales experience
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • Selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training
