Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Pye-Barker Supply Co. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling industry-leading products, including pumps, air compressors, and blowers, to clients in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell industry-leading products to clients
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to ensure Pye-Barker is the first call for their needs
  • Drive a 10% annual sales increase in your territory by identifying new client opportunities and securing service contracts
  • Conduct client presentations, plant audits, and engaging "Lunch & Learn" sessions to showcase our products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate quotes and drive service fulfillment
  • Maintain detailed CRM records to keep clients and teams aligned

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years in B2B industrial sale or outside sales
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate's or Bachelor's) preferred
  • Expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers is ideal
  • Proven ability to interpret and meet clients' needs with customized solutions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management skills
