The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, developing positive relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will be able to sell the BELFOR brand utilizing accepted practices and marketing material.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships with clients
  • Acting as the point of contact and handling customers' individual needs
  • Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Attending marketing events as required, distributing marketing material as needed
  • Setting up and taking down marketing displays as needed
  • Providing quantitative data to support results of marketing events to management
  • Developing and maintaining current knowledge of BELFOR services, industry trends, and competitive information
  • Actively participating in key local industry groups and associations
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns in order to grow overall sales

As a Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire BELFOR organization.
