We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic National Business Development Director to join our team at Mindlance. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and sell Mindlance's contingent staffing and workforce solutions to targeted new customers across the US and Canada.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and articulate compelling propositions for customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the contingent workforce solutions market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
