Product Development Director

The National Quality Forum is seeking a Product Development Director to drive the development of quality measurement related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and experience leading teams in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps to meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points
  • Provide technical guidance to product development teams
  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in business administration, systems engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in product development and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of value-based payment design and implementation
  • Experience with health plan contracting, health insurance incentives, and data exchange mechanisms

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and direct resources to achieve results
