Position Overview:
As a key player in our organization, the Territory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Precoa's proactive strategies within a designated area, focusing on the development and support of Advanced Funeral Planners (AFP) and our partner funeral home accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Management: Oversee the Proactive Model within your territory, ensuring that our Partner Funeral Homes and AFPs are achieving their goals and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new accounts and agents by providing training, implementing lead generation strategies, and building strong relationships with funeral home personnel.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Director to identify areas requiring support, prioritize accounts, and provide hands-on assistance as needed.
4. Sales Training: Conduct training sessions for AFPs on Precoa's sales techniques and web portal, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
5. Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts, funeral home owners, and staff to foster a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, training, and coaching, with a proven track record in a role requiring significant travel.
- Strong ability to manage complex relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently to support accounts and agents.

Supervisory Role:
This position includes supervisory responsibilities for a team of Advanced Funeral Planners, emphasizing the development and performance of those employed by Precoa.

Travel Requirements:
Frequent travel is expected, including overnight stays, to ensure effective support and training across the territory.
