Field Sales Representative for Multi-Family Housing Sector

As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to market and sell maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies along with additional products to a designated portfolio of multi-family housing clients. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a sales environment and are committed to driving revenue growth. The position offers a competitive base salary complemented by performance-based bonuses, along with essential tools such as a laptop, tablet, mobile phone, and coverage for monthly expenses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Reside in the Las Vegas area with dependable transportation.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) field sales with a focus on large product lines.
  • Familiarity with facility products, including hardware, electrical components, lighting, and more.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a remote work setting.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be accountable for profitably increasing sales to meet annual targets as a sales consultant for both established and emerging markets. Your duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at various organizational levels.
  • Managing sales volume with an existing customer base while successfully prospecting for new clients.
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance business presence in the assigned territory, sharing market insights and competitor information with relevant teams.
  • Participating in monthly business meetings for company-sponsored associations and attending local trade shows, as well as regional or national events when necessary.

This position requires the operation of a company vehicle or personal vehicle, with a consistent expectation of travel exceeding 20% of the average work week. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report will be conducted as part of the selection process, and an acceptable MVR report is a requirement for this role.
