Reskin Medical is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Las Vegas area. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with medical care professionals in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow-up sales calls on prospective and current clients to promote Company interests and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Document sales activity and provide regular updates to supervisors.
- Establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including medical professionals and customers.
- Identify, develop, and maintain sales accounts with new customers to drive business growth.
- Represent Company interests and promote products to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a medical or related field.
- Strong consultative selling skills and proven ability to close sales.
- Must possess and display ethical and compliant behavior.
- Disciplined time management skills and ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Ability to identify opportunities within the assigned territory and develop strategic long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to align with Company culture and values.
Compensation and Benefits:
Reskin Medical offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission structure, with opportunities for growth and professional development. The annual salary range is $60-100k.
