Position Summary

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will oversee all sales initiatives and the implementation of marketing strategies within their designated region. This role will concentrate on key urology accounts and relevant healthcare institutions, including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. Ideal candidates will excel in the clinical, operational, and administrative dimensions of account management, making this position perfect for ambitious sales professionals seeking a fulfilling and challenging career.

TBMs must possess a deep understanding of the unique market dynamics within their territory, including reimbursement structures, healthcare delivery models, and patient care pathways. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets and crafting comprehensive business plans to ensure effective marketing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to execute brand and sales strategies, demonstrating the clinical value of products and educating on appropriate usage.
  • Leverage knowledge of local market trends and key stakeholders to optimize results within the territory.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to enhance territory performance.
  • Build effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize internal resources and data analytics to develop territory business plans that drive results.
  • Identify opportunities for organizational efficiency and process enhancements to positively influence business outcomes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the unique opportunities within the geography.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel:
    • 80% within the assigned territory.
    • 20% for overnight and/or weekend events as necessary.
  • Proven track record of sales performance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in hospital or large account management.
  • 2+ years of experience in Uro-oncology, Oncology, Rare Disease, or Medical Device sectors.
  • Familiarity with Buy & Bill products.
