Key Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President- Independently manage and oversee the creation of financial and business models, including 3-statement models and 13-week forecasts.
- Lead various project components across multiple service lines and autonomously manage smaller projects.
- Engage confidently in mid-level client interactions with minimal oversight.
- Draft initial proposals and proactively seek ways to enhance proposal quality.
- Develop clear and concise messaging for internal and external communications, including pitches and client interactions.
- Facilitate client interviews and ensure comprehensive data collection.
- Supervise the work of junior team members, ensuring adherence to quality control processes.
- Contribute to the development of firm initiatives, such as recruiting and professional development.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate restructuring or management consulting with a financial or accounting focus.
- Bachelor's degree from a prestigious business program; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- Expertise in developing financial models and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Proven capability to lead projects across multiple service lines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to engage in various tasks as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $180,000 annually, complemented by a competitive bonus program based on firm contributions and performance.
