Senior Vice President of Customer Operations

Role Overview

We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Customer Operations who can consistently deliver high-quality outcomes while concentrating on the strategic, long-term evolution of our Operations division. You will oversee all operational aspects at Afresh, ensuring the delivery of impactful software products to grocery retailers and providing exceptional ongoing support. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, to significantly reduce food waste and enhance the availability of fresh food at our grocery partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Operations division at Afresh, managing the Implementation and Customer Support teams.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Expand and retain our current Operations team.
  • Formulate and execute a strategic plan for the sustained success of the Operations functions.
