About the Role

The Azek Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the Southeast region.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and prospects to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Prospect and Close Deals: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage Sales Team: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong sales acumen, with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
