Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at B. Braun Medical Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and forecasts.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion in a regional or national sales role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
