Job Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager for Nashville will play a critical role in expanding market share and driving sales growth for our client, a leading distributor of commercial laundry equipment in the Southeast. This position is responsible for managing sales within the commercial, coin laundry, and multi-housing segments, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading the regional sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering innovative solutions for client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Oversee sales operations, including customer presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, coin laundry, and multi-housing markets.
Coordinate with internal teams, including service technicians and the parts department, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the company's products and services through targeted campaigns.
Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements Include:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
5+ years of sales experience in industrial or commercial equipment sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market growth.
Experience in the laundry equipment industry is preferred but not required.

Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Certifications:
Sales-related certifications are a plus.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and services is preferred.
Understanding of the commercial, coin laundry, and multi-housing markets.
