Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Vestis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in a specific territory. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Lead a team of sales directors and managers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
