Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

At Vision Hospitality Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our regional division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in a regional capacity
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams
