Job Overview

LaserAway is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Midwest region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Midwest region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our team members, clients, and partners to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure efficient sales processes and effective use of resources.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to our sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
