Position Overview

Scripps Health Administrative Services is dedicated to supporting our extensive network of healthcare facilities, which serve a significant number of patients each year through a large team of affiliated medical professionals.

Incentive for New Hires: Up to $4,000 available for eligible candidates.

This role is a full-time commitment (80 hours per pay period) with varied shifts. Availability for on-call duties during operational hours of the Imaging Department, as well as emergency staffing needs on weekends, is required. This position is based within our imaging services team.

The Imaging Team at Scripps Clinic is a vibrant and skilled group of Imaging Technologists dedicated to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on high-quality imaging.

As the Supervisor of Imaging Services, you will oversee the daily operations of the staff to ensure clinical care is provided within a designated business unit. You will ensure that the imaging team adheres to established standards in accordance with regulatory requirements and fosters a culture of patient safety. Under the guidance of the Patient Care Manager, you will share leadership responsibilities for the imaging department, including managing daily staffing plans and ensuring adherence to care processes that enhance patient flow and experience.

Eligibility for Hiring Incentives:

  • Internal candidates are not eligible.
  • Rehires who left Scripps less than three years ago are not eligible.
  • New graduates must have at least one year of experience to qualify.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in imaging services, including at least one year in a leadership capacity.
  • Certification as ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of leadership experience within imaging services.
  • Experience with EPIC systems.
  • AART(MR) certification.

Position Pay Range: $61.02-$90.52/hour
