Position Overview

Scripps Health Administrative Services is dedicated to supporting our extensive network of hospitals and outpatient facilities, which collectively serve a vast number of patients annually through a wide array of affiliated healthcare professionals.

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for eligible candidates.

This role is a full-time commitment (80 hours per pay period), primarily during weekday daytime hours, with the requirement to be available for weekends and evenings. The position is based within our healthcare system.

As a Supervisor of Imaging Services, you will oversee the daily operations of the imaging staff, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will foster a culture focused on patient safety and high-quality care.

In your role, you will manage daily staffing and operational processes to ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Patient Care Manager to uphold the standards of care within the imaging department.

Eligibility for Hiring Incentives:

  • Internal candidates are not eligible.
  • Rehires who left the organization less than three years ago are excluded.
  • New graduates must have at least one year of relevant experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in imaging services, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Certification from ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least two years of leadership experience in imaging services.
  • Experience with EPIC systems.
  • A strong background in diagnostic radiology and MQSA.
