Overview:
The Imaging Services Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Imaging Services department, ensuring seamless operations for both acute care and outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and management of daily imaging operations.
- Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient-centered care and mutual respect among team members.
- Uphold the highest standards of service delivery while enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in Applied Technology, Radiologic Technology, or a related discipline is essential.
- Upon hire, candidates must possess relevant national certifications in MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or Radiologic Technology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting as a Radiologic Technologist or in a related imaging field is required.
- At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
- Greenbelt Certification or equivalent performance improvement credentials are preferred.
