As the Supervisor of Imaging Services, you will oversee the daily operations of the imaging department, ensuring that staff adheres to established standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of patient safety. Under the guidance of the Patient Care Manager, you will share leadership responsibilities, manage staffing plans, and ensure efficient patient flow for optimal service delivery.

Eligibility for Incentives:
- Internal candidates are not eligible.
- Rehires who left less than three years ago are excluded.
- New graduates must have at least one year of experience.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years in imaging services, including at least one year in a leadership capacity.
- Certification in ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least two years of leadership experience in imaging services.
- Experience with EPIC systems.
- Strong background in diagnostic radiology and MQSA compliance.
