Position Overview

Scripps Health Administrative Services plays a crucial role in supporting our extensive network of healthcare facilities, which serve a vast number of patients annually through a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Incentive Program: Eligible new hires may receive an incentive of up to $4,000.

This role is a full-time commitment (80 hours per pay period) with a varied schedule. Availability for on-call duties during operational hours and for emergency staffing on weekends is required. This position is based within the Scripps Clinic network.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Supervisor of Imaging Services, you will oversee the daily operations of the imaging staff within a specific unit. Your role will include ensuring compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of patient safety, and sharing leadership responsibilities with the Patient Care Manager. You will manage staffing plans and optimize patient flow to enhance the overall patient experience.

Eligibility for Incentives:

  • Internal candidates are not eligible.
  • Rehires who left Scripps less than three years ago are not eligible.
  • New graduates must have at least one year of experience.

Retention Incentive Criteria:

  • Maintain original FTE status and shift as specified in the offer letter.
  • Remain in the original department/specialty.
  • Stay in the original job title.
  • Transfers to other locations will be evaluated individually and may affect incentive eligibility.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in imaging services, including at least one year in a leadership capacity.
  • ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of leadership experience in imaging services.
  • Experience with EPIC systems.
  • AART(MR) certification.
