Position Overview

Scripps Health Administrative Services plays a crucial role in supporting our network of hospitals and outpatient facilities, providing care to a vast number of patients annually through a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This full-time role (80 hours per pay period) requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for on-call duties during operational hours of the Imaging Department and potential emergency staffing on weekends. This position is integral to the Scripps Clinic team.

The Imaging Team at Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo is a vibrant group of skilled Imaging Technologists dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

As the Supervisor of Imaging Services, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that staff deliver clinical care in alignment with established standards and regulatory requirements. You will work under the guidance of the Patient Care Manager, sharing leadership responsibilities for the imaging department, including managing staffing plans and ensuring optimal patient flow for an exceptional patient experience.

Eligibility for Hiring Incentives:

  • Internal candidates are not eligible.
  • Rehires who left Scripps less than 3 years ago are not eligible.
  • New graduates must have at least 1 year of experience.

Retention Incentive Criteria:

  • Must maintain original hired FTE Status and Shift.
  • Must remain in the original department/specialty.
  • Must retain the original Job Title.
  • Transfers will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in imaging services, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in imaging services.
  • Experience with EPIC systems.
  • AART(MR) certification.

Position Pay Range: $61.02-$90.52/hour
